MISSION STATEMENT of the Guilford Park Presbyterian Church Preschool: Guilford Park Presbyterian Church believes that a child is a gift from God to be treasured, nurtured, and appreciated as an individual. Our
program is grounded in Christian values and strives to give each child a strong sense of well-being. We offer our Preschool as a ministry to the community.
The Guilford Park Presbyterian Church Preschool encompasses two programs:
Our Nursery program supplies an ever increasing need for quality childcare for infants and toddlers. Our
goal is to meet the unique needs of each individual with quality, loving care in a stimulating environment.
Our Preschool program for 2's, 3's, 4's and Pre-K is child-centered and offers
developmentally appropriate activities. Our goal is to provide a happy and wholesome environment in which each child can reach his or her potential physically, emotionally, mentally, and
socially. A well-qualified, caring staff guides our children through creative activities involving art, music, language and movement. For more information, or to register, contact

WHY CHOOSE GUILFORD PARK?
- A four-hour a day program (9:00-1:00), every day, Monday-Thursday.
- Low teacher-child ratios. Our infant room has two teachers per 8 children.
- The toddler room has two teachers per 10 children. The two-year classroom and the three-year classroom have two teachers per 12 children. Even our four-year and Pre-k classrooms have only 15 children
per two teachers.
- 3 & 4's and Pre-K go on many diverse field trips including children's theater.
- An experienced, stable, and loving staff. Our lead teachers hold various child-oriented degrees.
- Monthly chapel for three and four year olds with one of our pastors.
- Computers provided in the classrooms for 4's and Pre-K.
- Summer program.
- Parent education; speech, hearing, and vision screening; Scholastic Books, and much, much more!
- Our classrooms are geared towards providing a stimulating and exciting environment.
CLASSES
- Crib (3-12 months) Available M-Th, can attend any Combination of days; limit 2 days a week.
- Toddlers (12-24 months) Available M-Th, can attend any Combination of days; limit 2 days a week.
- Two's 2 days/week, M/W or T/TH
- Three's 3 days/week, T thru Th. 4 days/week, M thru Th
- Four's 4 days/week, M-Th.
- Pre-K 4 days/week, M-Th
All classes run 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
